This four-volume series is a basic course for students of Chinese. Ni Hao introduces Chinese language and culture and builds communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese.

The Ni Hao textbooks feature a wide range of situational settings and vocabulary to encourage Chinese practice in everyday activities. Each lesson presents conversations as illustrated scripts that facilitate role-playing and help students put their communicative skills into action. Engaging additional sections clearly explain new vocabulary and language usage, character stroke order, and Chinese culture. Songs, rhymes, tongue twisters, cartoons, stories, and interesting features of Chinese characters tie it all together and make learning fun.

Each Ni Hao textbook includes a FREE download of the Ni Hao Language Lab Textbook Edition (Lab TE). The software includes recordings of the pronunciation practice, dialogues and readings, vocabulary, and common phrases sections from each lesson in the textbook. Students can also record their own voice to compare pronunciation.

The Ni Hao series includes textbooks, workbooks, and teacher's handbooks as well as great supplements like audio CDs and games software.

“Chinese Made Easy” adopts a new approach to teaching Chinese as a second/foreign language. It is designed for young students taking GCSE/IGCSE/A-Level Mandarin Chinese Exams (UK), SAT II/AP Chinese Examinations (USA), IB Chinese Exam, Australian Mandarin exams, or for those students who are starting to learn Chinese on their own..

“Chinese Made Easy” has two levels: level 1 – Book 1, 2 and 3; and level 2 – Book 4 and 5. After completing this series, learners will acquire a vocabulary of approximately 1,700 Chinese characters and several thousand phrases.
